Potpourri Stitchers: Hardanger Hearts

This meeting will be hybrid with the in-person option being held at MVUUF. Jane T. is the hostess with Lynn K. running the video conference. Bring a lunch and beverage.

Due to the recent influx of Hardanger treasures to our Guild, we have been focusing on Hardanger angels by Emie Bishop of Cross ‘n Patch. If you need porcelain heads for angels, dolls, or Santas, come see what is still available for sale. At the same time, parallel to the angel patterns, Emie published annual Hardanger hearts.

If you’re new to Hardanger, a heart is a nice small project on 28 ct. linen. We have kits available and a wonderful, patient instructor! All you need to bring along are tapestry needles and scissors. There is also a selection of Ruth Hankie patterns for Hardanger for sale.

This group meets monthly the 3rd Tuesday from 10 am–2 pm.

LOCATION: This will be a hybrid meeting. This month, in-person attendees will meet at MVUUF. The link for those connecting by video conference is on the Member Resources page.
