Potpourri Stitchers - Felted Rose

Jeanne Çur will teach us how to make a felted rose.

Supply list:

  • Flower base 3-3 1/2” square tightly woven wool/felt (Weeks Dye Works Wool or similar)
  • Flower 3-3 1/2” square of tightly woven wool or thin, flexible felt (Weeks Dye Works Wool or similar)
  • Leaves 2”x 2” scrap of green wool fabric
  • Scissors for cutting flower edges
  • Pinking shears for cutting base and leaf edges (optional)
  • Center of flower 1/2” long stick pin - longer will not work (optional)
  • Glue stick

This group meets monthly the 3rd Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. to approx. 2:00 p.m.
