Frequently Asked Questions

If your question is not answered below, please contact us using the feedback form here.

Q: Can I attend a meeting without being a member?

A: Yes, you may attend a couple of meetings to help you determine whether membership is for you.

Q: I am a member and have not gotten my newsletter for awhile.

A: Emails go missing and/or are accidentally deleted all the time. Check your junk mailbox and deleted folder to see if your spam filter is automatically
moving the emails from the guild or if you accidentally deleted it. If you still can’t find your emails from the Guild, please email me and after confirming your membership, I will send you a link to the newsletter and I’ll work with you to resolve your missing emails.

Q: Do I need to be a member to sign up for Retreat?

A: Technically no, but you will have to wait until a month after members get to sign up thereby decreasing your chances of getting the class you want. You will need to become a member before you can actually participate in the class at Retreat so you might as well send in your membership so you can get in on first day of sign up.

Q: Do I need to physically sit in on a Retreat class or can I just pay all the fees and have the kit sent to me?

A: Every person signed up for Retreat MUST BE physically in class to get their kit.

Q: I live in another state but would like to take a workshop. Can I get the kit sent to me?

A: Yes. As long as the teacher agrees, you pay the teaching fees, kit fees and any mailing costs applicable we will arrange for you to get your kit.
